I have one site which is one pagerank update old (which means it get its pr2 in the previous update and the site is not older than 5 months.)

But when i check it today on livepr, the tool reported that it is not cahched and N/A pr on some of the data centers (others are normal).

Is this a normal thing? What do you think?

The data hasn't gone on to all the datacentres. There are a quite a few of them btw and if livepr queried from one which hasn't been updated, you'll get that.
BTW, what is your average PR on livepr??

try a google search and try to look your cached version with this way. those tools does not show all of your indexed or cached pages

Yes, this is normal for a new site. :) Exactly how old is it?
