Is it nice to have a community/forum on the online store website?

I was thinking for a few days now that it's probably nice to install a forum in my sellvia store website so people could talk, share opinions, discuss something and so on. But do you think it's \ good idea? And also how do I create a forum on my website?

Well, actually I wouldn't say it's really important but if you really want to, you can do so. Since you mentioned you have Sellvia store, means you're a dropshipper. There are thousands of stores like yours, Sellvia products are good indeed but they're not "unique" to talk about them.. If you want to create a forum or community - go ahead, but I wouldn't get my hopes high that it's gonna work if I were you...

I have thought about this issue several times. In an online store, a forum will be superfluous for several reasons.
1 If you have an online store, then its code or CMS is clearly designed specifically for sales. And additional plugins will not be functionally suitable for a full-fledged forum.
2 The forum will increase the load on your hosting or server.
I advise you to place unique thematic articles on your site and include product reviews.
If you want to try creating a forum, do it separately from the site. On a subdomain or even a separate domain. Links from the forum on a separate domain to your site will be very useful for SEO.
