is it nessasary to spend $$$ to get high pagerank. I mean what PR I can achieve without any expenses and what should I do to increase PR

 

To be honest, unless you've got a very good, novel and useful site it probably is necessary to spend some money. In the meantime (for free) keep writing lots of new content, submit your link to directories, exchange links with higher PR relevant sites and submit a few articles (with a few deep links) to directories.

Spending $$$$ to get links is just a shortcut. There are free and ethical ways to do linkbaiting. Build useful tools, write a tutorial about your niche market, write articles that other users withing your community find interesting...

 

I managed to get PR5 without spending any $.
But if you get enough backlinks and content it should be possible to get higher.

 

I never spent a dime for getting a PageRank 6. So i would say No. But paid links can help you get it faster. However i wonder how fast. I got Pr 6 in less than 4 months..

 

It is not really necessary if you get it for free.

Getting high PR (anything more than 7) requires inbound links of high quality. Money will make things easier but it is also achievable without budget..

well its all depends on your site. if its new and you want to get some pagerank quick, then yah u gotta buy some link.
most webmaster lets say around 60% webmaster buy links...

 

Why spend dollars if you can submit in directories and build backlinks for free? Buying links can be effective for more traffic.

 

There are 2 ways to get high quality links and PR, one will cost you money, the other will cost you time (hard work). How you achieve your goals is up to you.

 

Its not really necsary but it may require time and patience because getting backlins from people with high PR will require good content aand time. Of course, you will have the option to buy your way to high PR.

It also depends on your niche. Some niches its murder trying to get backlinks, in others its easy.

It is much more easier if you have a good budget. But no it is not necessary.

 

To be honest, if you know SEO then you don't need to spend a single penny. Because through you can achive the PR and Search Engine Rank.
So, if you don't know SEO then you have to spend.

What do you consider high PR? I got a PR4 after just a few months of work and it wasn't all that SEO optimized. I'm expecting better with my new domain which is only a few weeks old.
