Is it necessary to fill TAX INFORMATION in Adsense?

    Can any one clear my doubt ..........

    That, Is it necessary to fill TAX INFORMATION in Adsenseto get payment?

    I stay in India. I have not made PANCARD yet.

    I am not really sure though, I think it applies only to US citizens or people who stay in the U.S. Maybe I am wrong but just a thought.

    You will chose the option of NON-USA citizen and then the tax will not be applicable on you. They don't need your tax information if you are in india.
