    Hi,

Is it necessary or better to separate content ads from keyword ads, in different campaigns?

If 2ad groups choose a same placement-target website, is it only 1 ad to appear?

    Appreciate your replies. :)

You should put your search and content networks into separate campaigns.

There are a number of reasons for this, but the main one (in my opinion) is this:

With the keyword campaign, you are listing the keywords that you want your advert to appear on.
With the content campaign, you are trying to describe the content of websites that you want to appear on.

These keyword lists should be quite different - and be aware that only the first 50 words will be taken into account within an Adgroup in the Content Network.

Only one advert will appear - whichever has the highest Bid x Quality Score
