Ok, never heard the term "virtual bank account" before but a bit of googling says it is simply a bank account with an online only bank. If this is what the OP is talking about then I struggle to see how you could legally "sell" them? You could do referals and receive affiliate monies.

Given Microsoft and virtually every large softwarehouse all make software for VPNs what made you think they are illegal? certainly no issues with them.

 

I want to know if buying it from a private source other than sources you mentioned and moreover i was especially refering to the use of it,Thanks
