im making a refer site like anyone of these sites grabIpod, payIpod, but insted of the ipod as a gift its a domain name and the offer is paying $1 and referring 10 people and they have to pay $1 if he did that he'll get the domain is there any legal issue in that>?

Sort out your terms and conditions and small print, there shouldnt be check with the laws where the website is hosted

It's called a pyramid scheme and it is illegal in the US, Canada, the UK, and many other places. Heck, it's even illegal in Malaysia.

I think you need to rewrite the website description. At first I thought it was an incentive site like freeipods.com but it does kind of sound like a pyramid scheme.
