Is it legal to stream music online like for a radio station? Like say I want to stream some of R-Kelly, Usher, Brittany Spears, and etc..... online for a radio station, could I do that legally without paying a fee of some sort? So in all, what must you go through to start a radio station online to make everything legal? Thanks

i think there is some sort off licence you need to buy for streaming music online, i dont think its illgeal to stream the music but to download it it is
