    i saw so many websites who had approved adsense account.. are using auto traffic/manual traffic exchange sites to promote their website with adsense ads in it .. is it legal to use these types of website while using adsense ads ??

    Is it legal? Legal would imply that the Government have passed an act that makes it illegal to use traffic exchanges on sites that have Adsense on them.

    There is no such law that states any such thing.

    You are asking the wrong question! What you need to be asking is; is this allowed with Google Adsense.

    And the answer to that is no, you are not allowed to use traffic exchange traffic on a site that uses Google Adsense.

    I could link to the Adsense policy thread that says that but its really not too hard to find...
