    Potentially but I'm wondering whether Microsoft will care enough and write you a cease and desist letter. They may not bother wasting time and money -- whether or not they have a case for trademark infringement.

    I'm assuming that it is a trade-mark, and therefore potentially you might have some problems... Having said that windowsxp.net is online (admittedly with an interesting site design) and they don't appear to have had any problems.

    copyright infringement apart..i think maybe at a later date microsoft might even buy your domain for a high price...

    i know some sites...like they are basically .com's and then they buy the same domain with .net,/org etc etc...so it could be possible that ways..
