Is it legal to sell original term papers?

    Is it legal to sell original term papers? I am thinking about writing term papers and selling them. If they are original is this legal? I live in Iowa, USA. Does anyone know where I can find laws on this?

    Just to throw it in, has anyone ever done this? Where?

    I suppose if you write them you are allowed to sell them.

    But

    I have a question for you. 5 years from now do you want your surgery done by a person who used one of your term papers to get a barely passing grade?

    Sometimes we reap what we sow.

    it's legal for you to write and sell an original work that you produced

    the person who buys it, however, could be disciplined for violating the school's ethics codes

    I dont think it is illegal i saw a show about it on npr or somewhere like that - i think they said they had to be sold as model papers

    It's not illegal, but it's illegal if the person uses it for plagurism
