Is it legal to resell an Ebook on Amazon and eBay? I mean there's is no EULA agreements that come with Ebooks so does reselling them constitute a copyright infringement. If its illegal than whats the worst thing that can happen if you resell Ebooks?
If you don't have express permission, it is illegal to resell works you didn't author. Copyrights are automatic upon creation. You could be sued, and copyright infringement can also be a criminal offense- with people having gone to jail for several years in extreme cases.

In Short, With Permission. Books, Video Games and Movies are distributed with explicit permissions by the copyright holders for distribution and sale. If you have the explicit permission to resell a ebook, you can do it.
I think the question is about reselling the copy you have bought. It is legal (at least where i live...) to resell a book that you have bought. I have no idea what the laws would say about eBooks. If you buy software, aren't you allowed to sell it unless EULA states otherwise? Like earlier versions of Windows, or games.
If you have Reseller rights I dont see a problem, just check the reseller agreement for any stipulations in regards to where or how you sell.
