Is it legal to post embedded youtube music videos on your site?

I was wondering, for example if I post Britney Spears' latest video on my website, embedding it from You Tube, can Britney come to my house and sue me?

Obviously, the above is just an example, but I have no clue as to what the copyright rules are for music videos. Any input is appreciated, thanks!

I figure Its just like music copyright rules in some way in that its ok to link to a download of an mp3 but not upload it and host it yourself, thats illegal, I figure its the same as long as your not uploading or hosting it on your own site its a-ok.
