hello, i considering building a movie trailers website. and i will link only to the official websites where the trailers are. (in order to watch them the visitors will have to leave my site and watch it on the official site). so i guess this make it legal right? thanks!
Yes , its legal to link to trailer websites. I don't think it will be issue, since your not streaming them yourself.
of course that's legal! Actually whoever you are linking to will appreciate your link more than anything. You are basically giving them free advertising by sending visitors to their site and you are also giving them a backlink which increases their search engine results.
