You would need usage and distribution permissions before you could host the images to avoid violation of any law pertaining to digital content usage.

 

You must own the copyright or have permission from the copyright owner but assuming there is no copyright issues there is no general legal issues

1) Commissioning original works: you stipulate in your contract with the supplier that copyright is transfered or permission given

2) For sale works (eg stock sites): check the T&Cs of the sale

3) Other existing works: contact the owners and ask for permission - the challenge is normally finding the right person to ask

4) Find copyright free works: creators can waive their rights to the copyright making it free for anyone to use. Again the challenge is find it and validating it is actually copyright free

Also, dont mistake royalty free with copyright free as they are 2 very different things and just because you dont have to pay royalties doesnt mean you are free to use it.

 

You could email the site owner and ask permission to use and distribute the images.

There are sites like photobucket.com and flickr.com where people upload their personal photos but this doesn't mean you can download those and post them in your own site. It's best to ask for permission to post images that aren't your own, or at the very least, give proper credit to where you got it.

I think you can use them as hot links as some site do allow hotlinks, this you are not hosting these image on your server, more over you can put a links into the post to give credit to them..

 

You don't have to pay Taylor Swift or Justin, but you would in most cases have to pay the photographer or the photography agency (unless the photographer actually is the person who uploaded the photos).

The bottom line is: you shouldn't really use pictures, photos or text that isn't your own unless you have permission to do so. Most people do it anyway but it can get you into trouble.

If you own copy rights on these , then yes no problem , but if you dont have copy rights usage , then no you should not use it if you should maintain your reputation
