I am looking to have 1 more paypal apart from the general one to avoid fees problem!

I have to put on the same name?
    Its legal?

I don't want to get my paypal account closed due to any problem.

No, it's not legal. If PayPal finds out they will send the police to arrest you.

You have a mixed review here.

The facts are you may have two PayPal accounts. One personal and business/premier. This is per PayPal's TOS.

There are not any legal implications at all. You can have as many accounts as you want and not break any laws that I am aware of.

But if you break the TOS you can have your funds seized and your accounts closed per the agreement you agreed to when you signed up.

I guess a basic understanding of sarcasm can't be expected on this forum.

I don't give a rat's ass about what PayPal says, it's not illegal and it will never be.

Was that clear enough for you?

"Users may only hold one Personal account and either one Premier or one Business account. Our Services are only available to individuals or businesses that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law."
It's really against TOS, I will close one of my account

No it is not illegal to have One Personal account and either one Premier or Business Account. You can do it. The TOS said it.

Yea you can have a personal one, but if Paypal think you are using the personal one for business reasons to avoid fees, they might limit it.
