Is it legal to EMBED photoshop tutorial videos from Youtube, Veoh, Metacafe, etc. on my blog?

Please note that I'm talking about EMBEDDING the videos by using the provided EMBED code by Youtube, Veoh, Metacafe, etc.

Please let me know if there are any legal risks and/or how I can protect myself.

Are the videos copyrighted? If no then you have no problem. As its posted publically and the uploader allows the video to be shared to all then you should have no problem. You can PM the user directly just to be sure

 

I also think that it's legal, it would be illegal if you upload those videos and embed them.
