Is it legal to create rapidshare or megaupload premium link generator site?

    is it legal to create rapidshare/megaupload premium link generator site?

    is it against google adsense TOS to put adsense codes in this kind of site?

    Yes it is,if you use offshore host,or host where its allowed but RS/MU do not allow it

    yea and get a offshore host in like asia for they dont have big coyright laws you should also consider getting it a private domain ie: domainsbyproxy.c0m

    Don't listen to ^GaToS^, he doesn't know anything.

    Putting adsense on a link generator site would be against the adsense ToS, email adsense for confirmation. It is perfectly legal, as long as no copyrighted material is stored on the server.

    Hi,
    This kinds of scripts doesn't any store files from rapidshare/megaupload in our server except scripts, so is it still against tos?

    like asia? - India is too on asia , and India have same cyber laws as like US. Even more strict.
    Rapidshare premium link generator comes to warez category.
    Piracy is never legal.
    Using warez host will allow it.
    But not whole asia.
    Some parts like malaysia,singapore,UAE.

    But its always a matter of risk of running something warez.
