The truth of the matter is this: Someone can (unfortunately) copy your content to their hearts content without you giving the thumbs up. They DO, however, have to respond to take-down requests in a timely manner. If you don't believe me, then take a look at the Youtube lawsuits that are in action right now. As writers, we all like to think that our work is sacred. It is. But, unfortunately, alphanumeric characters are simple to copy and writing will always be "stolen". If you want to stay afloat, it is a good idea to work with the notion that your content is going to spread far and wide and change your business plan to accomodate it. -Brad
