I'm from India. After all I need only genuine serial number, not even the DVD. I can get the DVD from my friends and register with the genuine serial number. Can I buy from ebay US? Most don't ship internationally. I don't know why. Help appreciated.

DVD will cost him more cause it needs to be shipped, that's why he wants to buy a serial only, i think. IDK about software, but you can buy cd-keys for games, and then use them in downloaded games. If you found someone who sells cd-key for your adobe product, then i think it wouldn't be a problem.
