Is it legal to be owner of TV software website ?

    I would like to build own product Software with TV Channels.

    Need I to buy any concessions to start website like: satellitedirect dot com?

    I think You need to pay for it. You will have to obtain permission for that from what I've heard.

    The short answer is YES it's illegal. The long answer is, it depends on your countries laws, the content, and if your serious about going forward you should contact an IP attorney in your country in addition to reading up on your own laws.

    But for the most part, TV content is licensed and if your creating a network or software system that is designed to avoid paying those licensing fees they you are liable for damages and could also face criminal charges.
