Is it legal to advertise online for another company?

    Sure it's legal, at least I never heard that affiliate programs overall are illegal.

    I have some experience with legal matters, and I trying to get to 25 posts so that I can post in the BTS forum. If you provide a specific example of what you want to do, I'll do my best to provide you an answer. I'd like to do the answer through the forum so I get the posts rather than through the PM system.     Usually it all depends on the way you are advertising. Some of the brand names and logos are trademarked and they can be used only under some kind of agreement with the parent company. And do not show yourself as an approved supplier or distributor unless you have a written agreement, else you are liable to legal action.
