Is it legal to add adsense code with an AJAX call?

Hi there.

The structure:
<div disabled>adsensecode<div/>
<iframe>

in a page. In the iframe, there'll be "any" page, I can't choose it. My plan is to check the content of the page if there's an adsense code and enable if there's no adsense code.

I guess there'd be no problem with this. I do this not to act against tos of publishing 2 same adsense code in same page.

 

Moreover:

Is it possible to create a slideshow of adsense codes with AJAX in terms of TOS?
I can do it technically. (I know AJAX layer can't return Javascript as content, but I can create several DIV's and enable one by one as time goes. )

definitely not. You are not allowed to insert Adsense on an Iframe with no content, let alone use specific content just to display ads.

You're not allowed to alter the way ads are published that's why I understand from AdSense TOS. Any expert should confirm this easily.
