Is it legal or not ? in AdSense

Howdy,
I am new in AdSense and I do not know if this way is legal or not, when I use shortcut links site that enable sharing revenue of AdSense

Will AdSense block my account or no?

Moreover, it is an example: (dulink.us/20534)

When you click on this link, you will go to the short link site that gives me 100% AdSense sharing revenue.
When you click on download, you will go to another page where you can get the link of anything.

why..because if you want to make your links short you have to do that in a site will a content and at least 500 words on the article on page.
but yours here is less then this...and maybe you will get banned soon ...so stope it is better for you.
