Is it legal in the USA to have an index of Megaupload movies?

    My site is an index of movies uploaded to megaupload.com.
    (Site: rainofmovies.awardspace.info).
    The links where found using Google only, none of the files where uploaded by me.
    Am I risking something?

    No but you are showing them where to take down movies so I would delete that website if I were you. Also I doubt that hosting allows that type of content.
