It seems stats are slow and are not updating properly. This is getting frustrating. Stats are a day behind atleast.
It's not just you. Mine haven't moved in the last 24 to 48 hrs. It's frustrating but I'm sure they'll update soon and accurately hopefully.
I just sent an email to the ebay account rep. When I go from low xxx to 20$ the next day that tells me something is wrong with their tracking.
I don't make that kind of money ($xxx per day). But I usually make a little. And for almost a week it has be -0-.
ebay has been real slow for me lately, but I only browse, I don't sell or buy anything for the most part.
when you go from 64-71 actions a day down to 10 or 20 something is wrong there. Tracking is messed up and it needs to be fixed. I'm spending money on adwords and stuff like that as well as msn and money is going out without money going in. So far this month my revenue has been cut in half and nothing has changed for me but a traffic and click increase not a decrease.
I see what I consider a discrepancy, but I can't tell if it's my imagination or just market cycles or what. My winning auction commissions look about the same (just eye-balling here), but my user sign-ups is about 1/3 or 1/4 of what it was before 3/8. Disturbing to say the least. I just did the math and it is about 1/4.
I dont trust CJ at all. Irregular update stats on commissions, for example I can go 2 days with lots of clicks and no sales and then a massive jump with good sales rates. This is a trend though...2 days good....2 days bad...vice versa. I have the feeling their system cant cope with tracking Ebay properly.
Things have been up and down for me this month but everything seems to be fine. I do a LOT of statistics and pattern tracking. The Sign Up and Sales Patterns are the same all the time. I also do a small amount of "offline" promotions (seminars) which I can personaly track Sign Ups and Sales. Not one has ever been missed. Without saying too much, there is a very small time frame where Sign Ups and Sales Triple to Quadruple. The time of day you receive clicks is VERY important. 5,000 clicks @ 4:00 AM PST am will generate almost the same commission as 500 in the afternoon. There for I would suggest tracking when your website(s) get their clicks, and not just how many you get for the day. (ESPECIALLY if you have inconsistant traffic) Any one with PPC Advertising, cut back your ads/bids on off peak times and increase ads/bids during peak times. Seems almost every week some one is complaining about Sales "Not Tracking". Every one is always quick to point fingers at CJ or eBay. I would like to see some information posted with these complaints. If you looking for help, give us something to work with. Complaining gets you no where.
