My spam email has gotten noticeably worse in the last couple of weeks. Is is just me or has anyone else noticed it? I learned the hard way never to respond to craigs list ads using an email account you want to keep free from the spammer free for all. Did you see the guy who got busted a couple of months ago for spamming and is facing something like 10 years in prison? I hope more of the super spammers will get busted.
I'm not sure why, but in the last couple of days I've recieved about 3 spam comments on each of my blogs
I have noticed an increase in spam, but it's not affecting me at all as I am not reading any of them as they are just going in my spam filter where all spam emails get automatically deleted after every 3 days.
I am seriously contemplating getting rid of a few of my e-mail address & starting again. The filters catch most of the spam but it is still annoying. I sometimes get 70-100 messages at a time & at least 95% of them get redirected to the junk folder on the initial download.
Yeah past few weeks I have been getting a lot more spam in my email but I have gmail so it does a good job of filtering out the spam. As far as the message board I run I usually have 2-3 bots online at all times trying to get logged in or trying to spider emails from the website but have that all under control and blocked it earlier this week so they have no way of doing either
