one of my client site having problem called site not found [In some place] may be it is ISP provider problem??? . hosting account side everything is fine, @ my place site is loading prefect. in some region of our country they face problem site not found.
Well if the 404 not found error is being generated by the server, which is what should be happening (browsers don't generate 404 errors by themself) then it means the client must be connecting to the server in some way for it to give an error. You should check the error logs, it will be in the file "error_log" that should be in the root directory or the directory of the file.
