Hello DP-members, What is your opinion on using different IP's when you are setting up and posting to your web 2.0 domains, social bookmarking RSS feeds etc? And where do you find your IP's? Currently I am using HideMYIP, this allows me to change my ip while i am setting up accounts and posting to them manually. Thinking about to use ProxyBonanza.. Would appreciate if you share you experience with me! Tariq
The only time it will affect you is if you are spamming sites, they will ban your IP. If you're doing it white hat creating the accounts on the same IP will make no difference.
Using different IP's will be superb because search engines will give more priority to the links that are coming from different regions rather than those coming from the same region... Hope it helps By using different IP's you dont leave any footprints for the seach engines to catch.
I have a feeling the OP is confused after reading an article. Different IP's for seo refers to hosting, not the IP address which is used for social bookmarking etc.
WRONG! How do searchengines know what IP (country) im using on sites like Digg.com? You use different IPs to hide your identity on the website itself. The reason you do this is because you are breaking a policy, meaning you are on the road of black-hat. Personally I dont like that road to much risk for getting punished by the search engines and also loosing reputation for my website. Having a reputation on the net as spammer isnt good for your business... Beside would all that time really pay off?
thats a black hat seo so its not good way to get traffic and unique visitors thats a spamming..its not good for future work dear...
Its not good way. you use different ips then hide you identity.then you use black-hat so its not good
yes, friend, we should always take different IP for other websites because same ID creates problem for website , websites will go in spam if you prefer same IP.
There is no shortcut for success, any big website or forum will find out proxy servers and can ban you, do not take that wrong path, Honesty and truth in SEO will only get you success in the long run, i know it will take long time , but you need to patiently wait, creating content will help you greatly in the path of success in SEO.
I would shy away from using the same IP IF you are making multiple accounts. What "white hat" purpose could that possibly be? Anyway, you can really do everything from one account, but if you insist on making multiples I would use different IPs...besides proxies, there are private proxies as well (more expensive), or you can go with a VPN - Virtual Private Network and rotate the IPs used.
