    1.Is it illegal to embed youtube videos on my personal website? can i embed and kindss of video from youtube without loosing my adsense account??? Any answer ...

    2.Is it illegal to copy videos from youtube and/or other similar websites and use them in my personal website?

    embed on youtube it's not illegal! they have a code of each video that you can embed!

    Embedding is fine, unless the work is copyrighted. If it is copyrighted you risk losing your adsense account. You cannot copy most videos from youtube and upload it under your own player unless it has a specific license that says you can.

    You should see YouTube's terms of service and related legal documents on the YouTube website. In short, YouTube allows their videos to be republished using the code provided by YouTube. Of course, if the video was illegally on YouTube (copyright infringement), it is also illegally on your website.
