Is it harmful to use same email and user name for user profile on different forums?

this is for forum profile link building.

 

From my experience, no its not harmful. However, I believe it is best to mix 2-3 email addresses (or more) for forum link building. Hope that helps.

 

I think very unwise would be the correct term

If anyone ever hacked your email account they could very quickly have access to all your forum accounts.

Also not every forum if totally honest in it's intent. A dodgy admin could possibly get access to your account password, so it would be very unwise to use the same username , password and email addy on too many forums.
