Best way to learn photoshop to sit in front of the computer for a few hours and try to duplicate whats in ur imagination using the software. Just keep at it. And slowly you'll get the hang of it. Also google anything specific that you want to find out how to do.
actually,to make a banner i always use CorelDraw because i have no basic for Photoshop but as long as i know there is some some tool to make an area for crop any you want to easily because I've ever tried once
If you're like me and don't have any artistic creativity, just do as many tutorials as you can, as much as you can. Gradually you'll learn how to achieve certain looks/styles/etc and then you'll be able to make the perfect image for whatever website you're working on. Unfortunately, this is not something that comes quickly. Like anything else, you get what you put in. So practice, practice, practice, and then when you're completely tired, practice some more. Here's two books that helped me a lot: http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Illustrator-CS6-Classroom-Book/dp/032182248X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1376363894&sr=8-1&keywords=adobe+illustrator http://www.amazon.com/Illustrator-CS6-Visual-QuickStart-Guide/dp/032182217X/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1376363894&sr=8-5&keywords=adobe+illustrator Once you learn your way around Illustrator, than start tackling the tutorials (they usually don't spell everything out for you).
Adobe tools are indeed huge and difficult to master, but as in any other field, takes only a little effort to better average. Try here http://veysoft.com/blog/tutorials/ Good luck!
PS has lots of tools it can take a while to figure them out. Do lessons for an hour a day and in a couple of months you should be productive.
Its not really hard to learn photoshop because, there are lots of easy tutorials on youtube and other video sharing sites. You just need to take action and carefully watch and listen to the video
I think You Tube videos are great for learning specific functions in Photoshop, such as if you want to learn edge fading.
Depends. Some people are fast learners and others aren't. Like what has already been said, to start you off, find some tutorials and keep practising. If you're dedicated you'll make a lot of progress in no time but mastering the basics might take you a little more than 2-3 days. Good luck!
I m not sure if you will be able to create brochures, posters etc. in the beginning. It requires some skills. The easiest thing you can do is watch some beginner tutorials and get some basic skills, than download some PSD templates from internet and edit it according to your needs. I have some good templates which I have downloaded from Internet, I can provide you if you need. Best of luck.
Search web tutorials as suggested, but I prefer step-by-step guides rather than videos. You mention "layers". Searching for "photoshop layers tutorial" brings up a lot of results. A great one to look at would be a quick intro to the concept such as this: http://www.photoshopessentials.com/basics/layers/layers-intro/ Try this stuff out in PS after looking at the tutorial. Very quickly you'll learn how these things work, but you have to go through the process of doing them to actually understand. Then you can see how to use them, i.e. to do your current project. Hope this helps. S
udemy coursera and similar sites has some great courses about Photoshop, Illustrator and other popular Adobe tools. Online courses are great way to learn something.
Photoshop, So you can look at it in 2ways, You can be a fast learner and really want to spend the time learning or you just want to learn. Theres 2 huge differences in those options. If you just want to learn photoshop, you wont learn anything more then resizing and copy paste with the usual text overlay. Or if you are really phsyced about learning you will either be a great designer or really good at your job. So how does this make sense? Well its complicated software, to us regulars we would say its easy after years of using it, but to be honest I still learn new tricks now and then. So as my conclusion, yes its alittle complicated, but if you really into it and look up tutorials and absord and try your own version, you will find yourself loving photoshop as the many others out there.
For whatever software you are planning to use YouTube is one (if not the best) source of guides, tips and other useful knowledge available out there. For every new program you are using I recommend checking YouTube first to learn the basics. Have a god day, Jeremy!
