Is it hard for you to sleep at night?

My most difficult to sleep at night because it was my ability.!!

 

No problems for me....Everyone has an occasional sleepless night, but for most people, this is not problematic.

 

Hey - they have this really great pillow - that is a human upper body egy one arm - so basically you can cuddle with it - going to get one for my Bday

 

it depends on your mood also. if you're bored of smth or if you're tired, you can sleep much better than ever.
if you're excited of smth, so it wouldn't b easy to sleep well, i think.

 

If I can't sleep at night, I play rain audio in my pc, this helps me sleep really fast.

 

When I actually get a chance to sleep, as soon as my head hits the pillow I'm out!
