    Hey All,

I'm just wondering that many people has more than one web 2.0 Blog with the same content. They are actively participate in WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr and many more such sites with the same content even anchor text.

Is it good to do so?
    If not, why?
which one is the most trust-able blog to get high ranking and visitors?

Would like to hear your thoughts regarding the same.

I guess this might be the outcome of 'the more blogs, the better' mindset. Some folks figure maintaining multiple sites (revolving around the same business/theme/niche/idea/content) helps them to maintain a powerful online presence through different platforms simultaneously and have better/more chances of getting indexed in SERPs - they figure, someway, this will get them more traffic. If you're talking about the same content on all your websites, it's ANYWAY bad for your ranking and you'll mostly get penalized.
Here's a detailed read that will surely help you understand the situation better - http://blog.hubspot.com/insiders/should-i-have-multiple-websites.

Some pages that might help you to compare various blogging platforms -
    startbloggingonline.com/blog-platform-comparison-chart/ (add http:// before url)

    Hope this helps.

Mostly they want to cover their unique identity on different popular web platforms or may be they believe they can reach to more people through multiple platforms.
And I don't think this is SEO/IM related question.

Hello there. I really don't see the value of posting the same content on different web 2.0 platforms.

If you say "for backlinks": Yes, you can build thousands of backlinks that way, but Google will see them as spam.

Also, posting the same content on different platforms is penalized by Google. You don't want to do it. Those black-hat techniques might have worked in 2002, but now search engines are becoming smarter.

I highly recommend you to visit Moz.com and read all the guides they have created. You'll learn about SEO and content marketing that works in 2015.

Unique content will always win, I'd suggest to keep your content on one site and build that site up. You can always have more then one "blog" but you'll get a better return if each site has it's own unique content on it.

Basically you should not be using the same content for all the web 2.0 properties. It will end up in duplicate contents. It is highly advised to used unique content for each and every web 2.0 properties to avoid undesired results and circumstances. Moreover, try not to spin your content as well!

Have you ever heard that unique content always make you stand out or lets make is more simpler by saying Content is King? Here king doesn't mean a single post can rule all the web 2.0 websites. It means only a single valuable post will sand out in front as compared to 100 useless low quality content. Hope you got the idea of what you have asked for.

Let's make it more precise by saying 'ORIGINAL content is KING and DUPLICATE content is DAMAGING.' :D

There is no reason to use duplicated content. Better at least rewrite it (or spin and edit it!). This way you would be able to do SEO for different keywords if you have enough time of course! :)
