    Try Overture for the numbers and letters you have in mind.

    Then pop over to check their keywords difficulty using this tool.

    I think it is 'good' as long as you can find a low difficulty keyword with high queries ;)

    If they get good number of monthly searches :)
    Then it would be worth trying to optimize for these keywords.

    if they appear in overture, they cannot be called unused
