Is it good to comment dofollow blogs which have PR: unranked?

    Is it good to comment blogs which have PR: unranked. Can that blogs someday get a good PR?

    Yes commenting on blogs without rank can give very good result in future if they link back to you. new blogs will keep vigorously to try to get pr and popularity and may get a pr higher than yours. at that time it will be much more valuable. so dont ignore the new blogs they may give you a good return.
