Hello Adsense pays me in following format Impressions 58,955 Clicks 140 Earnings Vary from $ 10 to $15.93 Code (markup): Is it fair ? or am i being victim of some problem ? 140 + clicks and $ 10 ??
yeah.. some keywords just dont pay well.. FYI - you are not allowed to disclose your number of impressions or clicks.. the only thing you CAN disclose is your gross earnings...
Meh, it's alright. There's not much you can do about the CPC, but there's plenty you can do to improve your CTR. Work on your ad placement and optimize them.
Well, some what because I get pay around that range also. sometimes it just really suck to get like 5 cent average per click.
I have one niche site getting me consistently $1+ per click, but another only 5 cents each. Time to move onto CPA if adsense doesn't pay well at all.
yeah looks about right for some sites. Use the adsense tool to figure out which ads are showing in the biggest visiting countries, then try to find out which are MFA sites. Filter them in the Adsense setup and wait a few days. Don't believe the big-G when they say that the highest paying ads get first position in your ad blocks. I tried this on one of my sites and with roughly the same amount of clicks I managed to double in income. The most important fact is your market, in which country are the most amount of surfers looking at your site? If you don't have a good stats engine to tell you, then you may be able to guess after looking at your alexa traffic stats. In one of my cases it was India, I then looked at the free Adsense preview tool at what adsense ads are showing in India, out of the twenty shown i ended up filtering about ten of them. Also, i filtered out my competitors, who probably don't pay that much per click but at least it keeps the visitors on the site and they only click when a more specific ad comes their way, rather than the less specific ad linking to a competitor's site. Try it, you might be pleasantly surprised. Don't just assume your market is in the country in which you live, unless your site is very much geotargeted, that is. BTW: I have no idea why the Indians are more interested in my one site than the Brits or the Americans, it's just the way it is... strange but true
Sometimes some keywords have high search queries but they don't pay high. I have seen like 0.01 cents. Hard to say what's fair and what's not fair in life. I guess, we just try some, keep some we want, and throw some we don't want.
If I were you, I'd concentrate on improving your CTR. That's a huge number of impressions and 140 clicks is crap. You could double your money by doubling your CTR. So to echo other comments here, work on optimizing your Adsense placement, blending, ad formats, etc. Oh, and 7c per click isn't bad you know!
It depends a lot on the niche you are in. I would suggest that you improve your website in order to attract a more qualified visitor target, so that Adsense pays you more. Sadly, for many sites this isn't possible (just think to an arcade website: it can't improve the quality of its visitors, since usually nobody on an arcade website would buy anything: it's exactly this that Google discounts on the sum it asks to its advertiser)
I own a arcade site and what ur gettig is pretty good i get ot get over 200clcik for $10 if im lucky.
