If your going do clickbank + article marketing and spend a lot of time getting traffic.. then 100$ is going to be pretty easy. But you need to work a lot for it, mind you.

I have several keywords and longtail keywords at the top of Google, they are ok but to be honest anywhere on the first page usualyl brings in similar results. Nowdays I just focus in getting in the top three and make sure I have an enticing Meta decription (And yes I know I haven't done than on some of the sites in my sig yet )
I think the best way to make a lot of money is to keep a diary or journal of exactly what you have done for each attempt at finding a successful money making website. This way, you can repeat the steps over and over once you find something that works. So if you make a website that makes $5 dollars a day, and you kept a journal of all the places you submitted your site to, where you went to get backlinks, etc, then you can replicate that website 20 times and eventually build towards the $100/day.

Stop reading these useless e-books and guides on how to become rich over night - they DON'T work. Just be creative, hardworking and persistent and you'll be able to make decent money on the Web. Build a great website and create a quality content, then keep maintaining it and the traffic will come. There are no easy money on the Web (there are thousands of people just reading some stupid e-book and then thinking they will make much money in few days but it doesn't work that way) - it's the same as real life, you won't get anything for free.
This is true. There are some very good ones. I think the best way to choose an ebook is to ask others who have bought it. I would contact a few members through PM and ask them if they thought the purchase was worth it. I wouldn't rely on the "reviewers", because they usually get a free copy and they often feel obligated to say nice things about it.
