Is building a house simple? If you're an experienced contractor, you can do it in your sleep. If you've never used a hammer it's impossible. Any site is pretty simple for an experienced developer. I suspect, though, that you haven't developed websites, so no site would be simple for you to develop. You'd have to learn programming, the client-server model, the document object model, HTML, CSS and a few programming languages. That should take a few years if you do it right and are a fast learner. (Web developers don't charge $50/hour and up because we found some magic in the forest - we put in the years to learn what we do.)
This site is simple. It takes a couple of user-submitted links, and uses them to mash up a facebook (and/or blogger?) object with some custom properties. It then re-publishes to the aforementioned services with it's own customized URL. Very simple. Easy? For an experienced PHP/Javascript developer who uses the facebook and blogger APIs on a regular basis, it's easy. For anyone else it's going to be a bit of work. Good for your team? Stealing other people's content and framing it for your own viewcount/pagerank/whatever is an old black hat trick. The ability to fool facebook with it is just a new(er) twist, that makes it seem to have some other value. Act accordingly, I don't know what your business is. EDIT: I was ignoring this but rukbat had me LMAO.
With a little experience in HTML it should be very easy to handle. There is not much content on this site!
Your site is very simple.Anybody can create this site of their own. But if you want to create a professional site then you should have to learn about how to make good sites which will make an attention for many users. And simultaneously it will have a very nice effect.
