Hey guys, Are commentated/casted gaming replays considered copyright? If i was to download them off Youtube and reupload them back onto such sites as Megaupload, Rapidshare etc. Commentated replays such as Starcraft 2 and Warcraft 3 eg. Since the replays belong to the gaming company (eg. Blizzard), do the commentators which have casted the replays have any rights over the replays or the videos? Proper credit and a link back to the Youtube channel would of course be given in consideration for their time and hard work casting. Though i'm just curious if they have any rights over the casted videos itself and if they were to submit a copyright infringement to the uploading sites would the videos actually be taken down? Thanks
