    Yes you do.

Also you are displaying second set of ads, which belongs to polish co-op clone.

So right now you are breaking two rules of the TOS. Tough luck ;]

Out of curiosity, does it bother you to know that you're cheating the system or do you care?

We need such rules in order to assure high quality of sites participating. And quality of participating sites convinced me to join the original co-op network, not any of copy-cats.

Quality, not quantity, matters most in the long run.

I personally feel like there is nothing cooperative at all in someone involved hiding the links. BUT, if the engines are picking the links up, that's good enough for me. That site is in a language foreign to my visitors anyways, so I don't expect too many referrals, I'm basically looking for that page giving me links.

What does the quality of site have with that if the link on the site is visable like ordinary link. If i want to have some layer to show unused links on my site, links whitch are not my internal links, I do it.

So you think, that the quality of page will grow up if all links will be like others?

Humm, ok. I do a copy of dmoz, and all links, also links from coop will be visable, the quality of that copy.. that page will be high?

I think... yours rules are strange.

I don't like the idea that coop is telling me what i can and waht i can't do on my own site.

Quality of the site has nothing to do with outlinks. We all know oficialy coop is ad network (so links should be visable), but on the other hand is just for getting backlinks FAST.

he's just trying to weasel out of carrying the load. He wants the benefit without the burden.

In America that's what we call a 'freeloader'.

Their relationships don't last very long.

If you need to hide a part of your site, your only option to run ad network ads would be to hide the main content by default. Ad network ads need to be visible (without the user needing to click something). If you don't agree to those terms of service, then the ad network is not for you.

The ad network is about quality, not quantity. There are thousands of unique sites running co-op ads already (with 100+ new being added every day). The loss of a site (or even 100 or 1,000 sites) because they don't want to follow the terms of service that everyone else is bound by is actually a good thing for the ad network.
