Is it Blackhat to use Craigslist for Affiliate promotion?

    allows any "hats"... black.. brown.. blue.. white.. red.. etc

    I don't know if it's blackhat or not but I promoted a CJ affiliate program through craigslist once and CJ contacted me to tell me that that was against their TOS so I stopped right away.
