    please follow this link and find some text in bottom side that is hidden but website is not banned by Google. what technique they have used to hide this text??

    They are increasing there keyword density and yes it's black hat seo it is called hidden keywords technique. If they are not banned by google then it will be but now a days google doesn't banned much sites they will apply penalty on that kinds of sites and that site will not appear in top 5 pages in google

    yes this is black hat SEO and i don't know how come Google has associated a PR of 4 to this site and not penalized it. ir's ridiculous

    I think is black hat... but not too black ;) ... no big penalizations from google about this.

    Just don't get weight to this words at the bottom of the page

    anything could be happened, may be they are using white hat technique but didn't get the result and now they are using black hat. And one more thing ranking and PR foth are different things if some one have PR 5 or 6 then it's not mean that they have top ranking on SERPS.
