Is it better to sell your own links alone instead of using TLA?

    Hi

    Due to google penalty related problems with using Text Link Ads, is it better to sell my text links from forums or other places?

    What should i do in order not to be penalized by google?

    Or is there a way to get rid of penalizing by using TLA?

    If you can help me and give advises i will be glad.
