Is it better to have LLC when working with affiliate programs? Does it look more serious if you have a company and a business bank account?

To the original poster it can help. However if you know what your doing affiliate networks will aprove you whether or not your are incorporated.

Although if you are worried about liability issues then you should set up a corporation. Certain structures like an s-corp can also save you some money on taxes if you make a lot.
