Should a person submit their press release to digg or should they submit their home page.

If you had to choose, which is more important?

I would say link to your site.
People who read the press release might not necessarily go to your site.

It is much better to digg the press release because:
-It allows you to digg other content in the site as well
-Diggers who are 1 or 2 days "late" still can reach what they want to see if the site is well updated without scrolling around the page

It is better to submit individual webpages , i.e. if your site has 10 pages, that gives you 10 submisions with relevant keywords to drive traffic to your site.
