    Its better to have a url like
    something.com/good or its better to have
    good.something.com
    I don't know where to put that :)
    I mean for better seo...

    Subdomains are always better.. SEs see them as different sites and give more value in Indexing.

    something.com/good can be good in the way that all the links you build will benefit all the pages of the site. For subdomains you have get more links.

    I beg to be differ Joe. I found subdomains are easy to remember. and if a visitor likes your site, s/he will bookmark it. so no matter you use folder or subdomain..

    depends on what you wanna do with the subdomain. If inside the subdomain, you intend to have other several page, then it's a way to go, else go for the page within the main site. i.e. subdomain is for having another domain (well technically)
