i have a wordpress blog, that often leads to discussion in the comments. is it better to have +600 comments on the same page loading (the page takes a long to load) or should i use a plugin to thread the comments, in 50 per page? i want the best for SEO to this page.

    Hi,

In my own experiences, it is better to page big volume comments and it is also a general practice for blogs, especially after Google acquires page loading time as a ranking factor. :)

    have a nice day,

I'd say threaded comments with canonical URL

you have to consider the loading of the page.. you might also want to moderate comment so you can filter all comments to avoid spammers..

I think when it comes to comment, forums and blogs have in common and in forums, it works for having second or third page of the comments. But it is still better if you can make all those comments in one page while the page still loads so light and fast.

Of course, is the former, and comment too much PR would reduce the transmission of the page

You have to consider first the loading time. Possible that some of the comments are spam. They are just commenting in order to drop their link on your site.

ok, do you know if there is any plugin that will show the most relevant comments? based on something, like ratings or stuff?
