Is it best to use the same adsense code over an entire site?

I have been making a few bucks a day now for the last week or so. on my site i have over 250post and on all of these post I have put the same adsense code.

Would it be better to have new adsense code on each page, not use the same on over and over again.

The reason I am asking is that my impressions for the code is over 10000 so it gives me a low CTR i think. So my theory would be if I put new code for all posts then would cut down on the number of impressions for each adsense and then would that increase CTR? So more revenue?

Sorry mate... you've got it all wrong. The adsense code is Javascript as just acts as a window to serve various ads depending on the type of site content you have. Having the same code or different code doesn't matter because it will serve ads (whether it be the same or new ones) to suit the site's content. Having one or many units won't make a difference for your CPM (if you added it all up). If you want to trick yourself into thinking your CPM is higher with the same or different units... that's fine, but when you add it up, you will be back at where you started.

On another note, you can use the same code on any amount of pages you want but if you used it in multiple spots on the same page, the only downside is that you may not know which part of your site earns the best revenues (placement that is).

You may want to consider experimenting with your type of content. You can install the All In One SEO plugin to also assist in organizing the back end content so the Google Bot can better scan your site.

    thanks

i was thinking if you use the same code and get lots of impressions and a long time between clicks it would reduce earnings CTR etc
