Is it banned or not?

    Have a look at site-- www.globtier.com

    It's domain name is about 2yr old. It is cached on 6Jul. The site is running for such a long time and still its PR is 0. Why?

    Webmaster claims that he has never seen PR for this site.

    I have searched "globtier.com" in google and found it is not on top but on 5 position. Is it panalised by google?

    Just see it's source code and go to the bottom part; some hidden layers are present!!!

    Currently (near about two month ago) text was present on site with same color as it's background i.e hidden text was there.

    I want to confirm that wheather this site is panalised or not. If yes then how can i know the date of panalised and After what time it will be normal??

    it can be penalized without being black listed
    in this case it will move down a lot, but still in google's index
    wait until next pr update, I'm sure it will get pr if you removed the hidden text and whatever else was making google to penalize it

    No you site is not banned.You page is cached my gooogle on 6 nov.And i think 300 pages of your site indexed by google.

    I think your webmaster don't know about the Seo Work.Your site is related to outsourcing, Ok! many of the related sites with good pr value interested to link exchange with you.

    What I concluded was - The site in question is penalized by Google.

    But when I ask this question to google, it say "NO" site is neighter penalized nor banned.

    How is it possible?? :rolleyes:

    I have uploaded a single page on free hosting site seven months back. It have just one paragraph, still have PR. And the site is running for more than two years and ZERO PR.

    I wonder !!
